The two-year-old heart transplant recipient Louisa McGregor-Smith was dressed as Dorothy, and gave a heart to 33 Tin Men to highlight that at least 33 people who need a transplant will die between October 21 and November 2. St Thomas' Hospital will launch between those dates the first multi-media UK-wide organ donation campaign .
